Is the BLS & AED course for me?
This course is for businesses that have or are planning on having and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) in their building. Our AED course will provide your staff with the knowledge and skills to deal with a major first aid emergency and to use your AED machine. This course is suitable for all staff that could benefit from the knowledge and skills on how to use an AED. It is suitable regardless of their previous level of first aid training. All our courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2013 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025, as per the HSE requirements.
This is a 3 hour course.
