Is the Community AED course for me?
This course is for groups, organisations and communities that have or are planning on having and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) in their area. Our AED course will provide your participants with the knowledge and skills to deal with a major first aid emergency and to use any AED machine.
This course is suitable for anyone that could benefit from the knowledge and skills on how to use an AED. It is suitable regardless of their previous level of first aid training. All our courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the guidelines set out by the HSE and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes.
All our first aid courses fully meet the current UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025, as per the HSE requirements. This is a 3 hour course.

Can I do the Community AED course online or in the classroom?
This course is an onsite course. It is also available as an online course.
How much does the Community AED course cost?
This course is £475 for up to 12 participants.
if you only need a few people trained we can offer our small group course which is £85 per person with a minimum booking of 4 participants
If you need less that 4 participants trained, please get in touch to discuss the dates of our regular scheduled courses when individual members of your team can attend this training.
